Your appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you arrive late we may have to reschedule your appointment and a charge may be incurred.

How to book

Bookings can be made by telephone, Facebook, Instagram, our website or via our online booking system (ovatu.com).

Children

Due to insurance guidelines we are unable to accommodate children under 16 in the salon not receiving a treatment. Due to dangerous chemicals and equipment, the salon is not a safe place for children.

Cancellation & booking fee Policy

Please allow 48hrs for all cancellations. If you don’t show or give us insufficient notice to cancel or amend your appointment we may ask for you to pay for your missed appointment and for all future appointments. For some treatments a 50% booking fee will be required, this is payable upon booking. This is fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another slot with 48hrs notice.

Patch test/tinting & minor policy

Some treatments will require patch tests 24 or 48hrs prior, we do not offer a waiver and will not carry out treatments without patch testing. We are unable to carry out HD Brows, any tinting treatments or any lash treatments on anyone under the age of 18 or pregnant /breastfeeding ladies due to strict insurance guidelines. We are happy to perform selected treatment on under 16’s, providing an adult is present and full parental consent is given.

Health

If you have a health problem or are taking any medication please make us aware at the time of booking. We will carry out a full consultation prior to treatments.

Payment

We accept cash & all major credit/debit cards. Please do not ask for credit as this will be refused.

Aftercare

Please follow aftercare given to help with the longevity of treatments received.
Nail enhancements & gel polish are not indestructible and must be looked after at home. If you have a breakage or repair please report this to the salon within 48hrs and no charge will be made. Any repairs after 48hrs will be charged in full.
